What type of payment do you accept?
All invoices must be paid in U.S. dollars. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted as well as Paypal. Please be aware that all first time buyers or first time orders must be made prepayment.
Shipping and Handling Information
Do you combine shipping cost?
Yes, you pay full shipping cost on highest shipping. Each additional item will receive a 60% discount on shipping, which is automatically calculated during checkout
How long does it take to process my order?
We are almost always prompt with our shipments. Shipments usually leave our warehouse between 2-3 days from payment receipt, but normally ships within 24 hours. Processing payments and packaging take time, so please allow the time.
Please note that during the Holiday Season, orders may take additional time.
Which shipping companies do you use?
Freight: All orders, unless stated otherwise, are shipped via FEDEX.
I have ordered, but where is my item?
You can use this website to track and keep status of your order. Refused or undeliverable shipments will not be granted a refund. Returned shipments will be held until a $10 handling fee and funds to cover re-shipping are paid. If during a FEDEX shipment, an address change occurs through no fault of our own, we expect you will honor a $5 charge (charged to us by FEDEX). The customer is responsible for arrival of shipment once shipment leaves our warehouse. If the carrier leaves the package at the door and it is lost or stolen, we cannot do anything about it. Packages sent as "restricted delivery", where a signature is required, requires extra $2-$3 from the carrier. Please contact the shipping service to process a claim if necessary. FEDEX does not need a signature to deliver packages. At their option, they can leave a package at a door and it is considered delivered. We consider it delivered as well. The occurrence of lost or stolen packages has been so low, that it usually is not a problem, but we feel we should inform you to disclaim our liability in case your neighborhood or building has a problem with this.
What is your Return Policy?
Exchanges/Returns are allowed within 7 days from the time you receive your item(s). For exchanges or replacements, it is necessary that we must first receive the merchandise. We must examine the defective merchandise. A return authorization number must be obtained from our customer service department, before the returned merchandise can be accepted by us. Returning without authorization will not be refunded.
**Returns and Warranties restrictions:
* Items must be returned in brand new condition. (No scratches, marks, or discoloring)
* Merchandise must be return with original packaging, documentation, etc.
* Special Order items will NOT be canceled, exchanged or returned.
* Merchandise cannot be damaged during installation.
* Returns that are found to be not defective will be subject to a $10 handling charge. All non-product charges such as shipping, transaction cost, and insurance are not refundable. If you want the item returned, you must pay all return shipping and handling charges.
* Products that are returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
* Items will be sent using the same shipping method as the original order. You may pay additional shipping costs if you feel you need the item sooner.
* If a suitable replacement cannot be made within 3 weeks, your money will be refunded less shipping costs.
* If we make an error and ship you the wrong item we will replace the items and pay for return shipping cost. We will only ship back once we receive the item and can inspect it to make sure everything is in order.
*If the customer makes an error with their order, then they will be at fault and will have to pay for return shipping cost.
All Items sold are on an as is basis. Warranties that apply may be limited manufacturer warranties. RUCKSTERS disclaims all warranties expressed or implied. We also do not authorize any one to assume liability in connection with these items. The buyer shall not be entitled to recover any damages arising from use of merchandise. All merchandise is aftermarket and intended for OFF-ROAD use only. Buyer assumes responsibility for violations of local laws and rules that may result from use of merchandise. Please check your local laws and research the item to make sure you are purchasing the correct items.

M2 Performance will not be responsible for any damage or loss beside the part is sold from us.
Physical damage will void warranty automatically. Please keep the invoice within the warranty period, without proof of invoice, automatically void warranty. Before any return, please contact our customer service by phone or email first for RMA #, we will NOT accept returns without any approval. During warranty period after approved by M2 staff, buyer can have full refund within 7 days (except S/H charge) after item is received, buyer will have free part (s) exchange or replace, buyer shall be responsible for shipping charge from buyer to us.
